By accessing or using the services provided by JR Copier Ohio ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
JR Copier Ohio provides office equipment sales, leasing, rentals, service, repair, and managed print services throughout the Columbus and Cleveland metropolitan areas in Ohio. Specific terms for individual services, lease agreements, rental contracts, and service agreements will be provided in separate documentation.
All equipment sales are subject to availability. Prices are subject to change without notice. Quoted prices are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Payment terms will be outlined in individual sales agreements.
Equipment leases are subject to credit approval. Lease terms, conditions, and payment schedules will be specified in individual lease agreements. Early termination fees may apply as outlined in your specific lease contract.
Rental equipment remains the property of JR Copier Ohio. Renters are responsible for normal care of equipment. Damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in additional charges. Rental terms are specified in individual rental agreements.
Service agreements specify coverage, response times, and included services. We will make reasonable efforts to respond to service requests within the time frames specified in your agreement, subject to technician availability and geographic factors.
JR Copier Ohio's liability for any claim arising from services provided shall not exceed the amount paid for those services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
Equipment warranties are provided by manufacturers and are subject to manufacturer terms and conditions. JR Copier Ohio makes no additional warranties beyond those provided by manufacturers unless specifically stated in writing.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Franklin County, Ohio.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
