JR Copier Ohio wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with equipment purchased from us, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to discuss your options.
New equipment may be returned within 30 days of delivery if:
A restocking fee of 15% may apply to returned new equipment. Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.
Certified pre-owned equipment may be returned within 14 days of delivery if:
A restocking fee of 20% applies to returned refurbished equipment.
If the equipment doesn't meet your needs, we're happy to work with you on an exchange for a more suitable model. Exchange requests should be made within 30 days of delivery. Price differences and delivery charges for the exchange may apply.
If equipment is defective upon delivery or develops a defect covered under warranty, please contact us immediately. Defective equipment will be repaired or replaced at no charge under the manufacturer's warranty terms. Warranty claims are subject to manufacturer policies.
Toner, paper, and other consumable supplies may be returned if:
No restocking fee applies to supply returns that meet these criteria.
Equipment acquired through lease agreements is subject to the terms of your lease contract. Please refer to your lease agreement for information on early termination, upgrades, and end-of-lease options.
Rental equipment may be returned at any time with proper notice as specified in your rental agreement. Early return of rental equipment is not subject to restocking fees, but minimum rental periods may apply.
